Frequently Asked Questions for Portable Sheds

 Absolutely! We offer free delivery and setup within 50 miles of the shed’s location. We also provide free delivery and setup across most of Alabama on select inventory and all custom orders.

• In-stock inventory sheds: Delivered within approximately 10 business days 
• Custom sheds: Delivered within approximately 3–5 weeks 

Delivery times may vary depending on season, demand, and weather conditions.

 If access or space is limited, we can also build on-site when needed, depending on the project and location. 

Build on sites are required to be paid for in full at the time of ordering/purchase. We do not offer rent to own on Build on Sites. 

We do not remove fences, gates, trees, etc.. You must have clearance ready to go when we arrive with the building. We recommend having at least 2' extra to be able to pull straight through. 

Example: Double gate only has 10' of clearance. 

       Our 10' wide sheds are exactly 10'3, wall to wall, which not including overhang of roof. You would have to either pull the gate post, roll back the fence, etc., before we get there with the shed. Or if that isn't possible, you would need to do build on site, or purchase an 8' wide shed that would fit through your gate. 

You can do as much or as little as you would like! The most level spot is ALWAYS the best for longevity purposes! Most of the time, we set these on the ground and level them with blocks. 

We provide wood treated blocks for leveling. You can provide concrete blocks if you prefer them! How many depends blocks you would need depends on the size and how level your ground is. Small buildings should be off the ground, but not so high off the ground that you need to build steps. 

The following info is for flat ground, you may need to double or triple if it is unlevel, depending on the slope and size of the shed.

• 10x14 & Smaller:  (6) 4" cap blocks 
• 10x16 to 10x20:  (8) 4" cap blocks 
• 12x20 to 14x24: (24) 4" cap blocks
• 12x28 to 14x32: (30-40) 4" cap blocks
• 14x36 to 16x40:  (50) 4" cap blocks

The above list is just for roughly 4" off the ground. We can go up to 1' off the ground before any extra cost is acquired. If you chose to go 1' off the ground you would just provide the same amount of cinder blocks as cap blocks. Example: 16x40 would need (50) 8" cinder blocks as well as the (50) 8" cinder blocks. 

The first foot off the ground is FREE as long as you provide the blocks. Additional feet off the ground means more labor and more time for the delivery company, and does require an extra cost depending on the size of the shed. 

 Rent-to-own with no credit check is a great option if you:

• Need a flexible way to get a building without paying the full amount upfront 
• Prefer to make affordable monthly payments instead of paying in full 
• Have limited, low, or no credit history 

You can absolutely pay it off early—this can reduce your total cost and bring you closer to the cash price.

We also offer 90 days same as cash on select options, giving you flexibility to pay it off quickly and save money.

 Our no money down option is available on in-stock inventory sheds 12' wide and smaller.

To qualify, you’ll set up automatic draft from a checking account and choose either a 36-month or 48-month payment plan.

This option makes it easy to get the building you need with no upfront payment required (on qualifying inventory).

We do not accept prepaid cards, chime, cashapp, etc. for the no money down.

It MUST be a bank account in good standing to do the no money down!

Most buildings only require a 5% refundable deposit. 

16' wide buildings do require an extra $500 as well as the standard 5% down payment. 

Electrical options do increase the down payment, depending on breaker boxes and which electrical package you would like. 

 Yes! We offer a variety of customization options including sizes, colors, doors, windows, flooring, shelving, and other upgrades. You can design a building that fits your exact needs, style, and budget. 

Most are built and delivered in 3-5 weeks!

• 6-year top-to-bottom coverage 
• Lifetime warranty against termite damage and fungal decay 
• 30-year warranty on metal roofing/materials 
• 50-year warranty on siding 
• 10-year fade protection on paint/stain 
• 25-year adhesion warranty on paint/stain
